How Audo handles the information you share.

Overview

Audo is Aaron's independent technology consulting practice. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit getaudo.com, browse its service pages, manage cookie preferences, or submit a discovery request.

By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please avoid submitting personal information through the site.

Information Audo collects

Information you provide

When you request a discovery call, Audo may collect:

• Your name and email address.
• An optional link you want Aaron to review.
• The service page you visited and the note you wrote about your problem.
• An optional promo code.
• Your selected appointment time. When you book, the contact and request details you submitted are included in the Google Calendar event so Aaron can prepare for the call.
• Information you later choose to provide by email, during a call, or while working with Audo.

Information collected automatically

The site and its infrastructure may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, and security or delivery logs. When a discovery form is submitted, Audo also records the user agent, a privacy-minimized referring address, the first and latest Audo landing pages in the current tab, and supported campaign labels such as source, medium, campaign, content, or an Audo campaign code. URL fragments, arbitrary query parameters, and advertising click identifiers are not retained for this purpose.

Google reCAPTCHA may return risk and verification information such as a score, action, and hostname to help determine whether a request is legitimate.

How information is used

Audo uses information to:

• Review and respond to discovery requests.
• Research the issue you describe and prepare for a conversation.
• Schedule calls and communicate about potential or active consulting work.
• Provide, support, improve, and document consulting services.
• Protect the site and forms from spam, abuse, and security threats.
• Understand site usage and improve content when analytics consent has been given.
• Maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

Audo does not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by providers that help operate the site and consulting practice, including:

• Cloudflare for site delivery, traffic routing, security, and operational insights.
• Google reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse protection on discovery forms.
• Google Analytics for optional site analytics after consent.
• Google Calendar and Google Meet to show live availability, reserve discovery calls, send booking communications, and host video meetings.
• HubSpot to keep track of discovery inquiries, contact details, and potential consulting work.
• Email and infrastructure providers used to deliver, store, and respond to discovery requests.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. You can review the Google Privacy Policy, Google Terms of Service, HubSpot Privacy Policy, and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Audo may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transition such as a reorganization or transfer of the practice.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

The site stores your cookie choice in your browser under audo_cookie_choice. This is necessary to remember whether you accepted analytics or selected necessary-only operation. In the current browser tab, temporary session storage also keeps the first and latest Audo landing context and supported campaign labels so a discovery request can be attributed after you move between Audo pages. The temporary attribution context is limited to the page origin/path, a privacy-minimized external referrer, and allowlisted campaign values; it is not used for advertising or authorization. The two-step scheduling flow separately keeps a limited scheduling token if the page is refreshed. Session values end when the tab session ends, and the scheduling token is removed after booking.

If you submit the discovery form, the normalized attribution attached to that request becomes part of Audo's server-side inquiry record and may be copied to the related HubSpot deal so Audo can understand which outreach or page led to the conversation. If you do not submit the form, the temporary attribution context is not sent to Audo by this feature.

• Necessary only: Audo does not intentionally load Google Analytics. Site delivery, security, and reCAPTCHA may still process technical information when required to provide the site or protect a submitted form.
• Allow analytics: Google Analytics is allowed to load and may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and interactions.

After you submit a discovery request, Audo's server checks availability and creates the appointment through Google Calendar. The branded scheduling screen does not expose Audo's Google credentials to your browser. If the branded scheduler is unavailable, you can choose to open Google's booking page in a separate tab.

Retention and security

Discovery requests are stored in Audo's server-side database and emailed to Audo so they can be reviewed and answered. Audo keeps inquiry, email, and client records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, maintain business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention can vary based on the nature of the request or engagement.

Audo uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the site. No online service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may choose not to provide optional form information or not to submit a discovery request. You can select necessary-only operation or change your cookie preference using the control above.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, email Audo using the contact information below. Audo may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

The site is intended for adults and business users. Audo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
